I used Paramount Builders to replace all the windows in my house. The installation went fine and haven't had problems with any of them, with the exception of our front window. I've put in at least 3 service call requests through their website, but haven't received a call back. I've even talked to someone from the Customer Service department and told them about the issue, but still have not had any contact with Paramount's Service Department. I refuse to do any more business with them until the issue with our front window is resolved.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. We got an estimate from them but went with someone else. A representative from PB called us and reprimanded me for not using them. His excuse was PB was trying to expand into Gloucester and we were making it harder by not using them. I told the rep their prices were too high and not too ever call again. They called again and spoke to my wife. She informed the man that called we weren't using them. He told my wife she was in a nasty mood and he'd be calling again before hanging up. Sure enough they called again. We have now had to turn to an attorney to stop their harassment .
If I have one regret, it would be to conduct business with this company. Their salesman was good. He hooked us into buying the roof, which was more than double the average cost of a roof. If you're not living in the house for at least 25 more years, it's not worth it. After the roof was installed, the customer service was non-existent. They sold our account to another company, who contacted us because they had already opened a bank account in our name to pay the loan through. We needed help getting an itemized statement of the repair, in order to provide that to our insurance company, and Paramount responded with, "our roofs are sold and installed as a complete system. The original contract written for you should suffice for both description and pricing." A glimpse of the contract is in the attached photo. They emphasized in their sales pitch that they are founded on honesty and integrity, but if they're so honest, then why can't they provide an itemized list of the cost of repairs? Before you choose them, make sure you know what you're getting yourself into.
