I was lucky enough to get Evan Dorsey and James Cook (from Clearwater Plumbers) sent to our place to assess a situation and replace a hot water heater. Without giving too much detail, trust me, just figuring out the issues that were at play was no easy task (long story). But the fact remains, they figured it out and were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, efficient and professional in every detail that might come to mind. I cannot give them a big enough thumbs up, and will gladly call on them for any future need.
Had a sewage backup the weekend before Christmas that flooded the house. Called a few different plumbers, most all did not want to come until after the holidays. Corey came out early the next day, found the problem and fixed it. We are very pleased with the professional, prompt and overall positive experience we had with Clearwater Plumbers. Definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing issues. If you value a professional company that does quality work, these are the guys to call.
The technician, J.R., was prompt and quickly repaired a component inside the shower knob to restore appropriate hot and cold water. He had to drive a bit to find a store open the day following Thanksgiving. I am always a little surprised at the charges, over $400 for that relatively brief visit, but I did have a $50 gift card from Clearwater. In July, charges for rinsing 2 Rinnai water heaters was > $200 each. Oh well. The service was excellent and I will continue to use Clearwater plumbing.
