American A\C is an outstanding company. Their technicians are quite knowledgeable and always suggest necessary recommendations to maintain the unit working well. The technician Ryan was super friendly and helpful explaining things about my system.

Very professional and informative. Johnny was great! On time and thorough. I really appreciate that he wore shoe covers while in the house. Now our furnace is all ready for winter! He's coming back in 6 months to tune up the AC. Thanks, American Air Conditioning & Heating!

This is one of the most professional services I’ve dealt with in a long time. Danny was very organized, clean and explained everything thoroughly. Not many technicians wear shoe covers and bring their own mat to make sure they keep the area clean. Great service all around.

We discovered American Air Conditioning through a neighborhood mailing advertisement. Please do NOT confuse with “American Air Conditioning, INC” They are VERY different companies! From initial contact with Erika in the office, (to schedule an appointment-which was the following day), again with Brenda in the office, ( to let us know when the rep was on the way), to meeting George, (the actual rep), we were very impressed! They were each professional, helpful and friendly! George was extremely knowledgeable and competent! He did NOT try to sell us anything, yet suggested many options for us to choose from that addressed meeting current needs of our heating/AC unit. Suffice it to say, we signed up for an on-going service plan. We’re glad we found American Air Conditioning, and feel confident in their ability to help us in the future!

I have used American Air and Heating for a few years now and their service is always impeccable. Every step of the way, from the reminder I need service to the kind and helpful individual who answers the phone for me to schedule, the reminders confirming they are coming, the confirmation call for approximate arrival, and the ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable and helpfulservice person they send out... exemplary at every step. It’s unfortunate they are one of the few organizations out there where this type of service exists. And their package for service is quite reasonable. They are honest and direct about our needs and I feel confident in trusting they are taking care of the potential risks that can be associated with heaters, water heaters, and AC. I couldn’t say better things about our consistently terrific experience with American Air and Heating!
