I've heard from a lot of people that customer service no longer feels like it's important to a lot of companies, and if you've ever spent days waiting for a contractor to call you back you might agree. I put my name on every job so I train all of my salespeople and staff to treat your home renovation like they were the owner of the company. Some companies give their window consultants 2 days of training so customers aren't always getting exactly what they need - our entire team goes through intensive training on products, industry standards, and customer service so working with Abby Windows isn't like working with anyone else. I love looking at people's homes and helping them solve a problem that they might have had for years. When I get calls from customers telling me how much quieter, warmer, or just more beautiful their home feels - those are the really great days for me.
